Guests have exclusive access to all amenities, including the heated pool, hot tub, outdoor game area, and spacious patio perfect for relaxation or family gatherings. Here, you can savor delicious meals while taking in breathtaking sunsets over the lake, creating the perfect end to a fun-filled day of adventure and relaxation.

Key Highlights:

✓ Guests will have full access to the entire property, except for the garage and a small locked room in the basement.
✓ A keyless entry system will be provided, and you'll receive a unique door code 24 hours before arrival for easy access.
✓ The house can accommodate up to 16 guests. Additional guests (more than 16) must be approved by the host prior to booking, with an additional fee of $100 per person, per day.
✓ Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels low during this time.
✓ Smoking is strictly prohibited both indoors and outdoors, including balconies and the hot tub area.
✓ No fireworks or loud parties are allowed.
✓ Guests must be at least 30 years old to book and remain present throughout the stay.
✓ No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.
✓ A government-issued photo ID is required at least 48 hours before check-in.
✓ The property is pet-friendly, with a fee of $125 per day for one dog (no cats due to allergies).
✓ Tesla/EV charging station available on-site for guest use.

House and Neighborhood Rules:

✓ Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
✓ Smoking is prohibited throughout the property, including balconies, patios, and near the pool and hot tub.
✓ Fireworks are strictly prohibited, and we do not allow any large events or parties.
✓ Surveillance cameras are installed for the safety of guests and the property, covering areas like the front yard, balconies, driveway, pool, hot tub, patio, and fire pit.
✓ Parking is available on-site, and street parking is not permitted at any time.
✓ For your safety, always supervise children near the pool, hot tub, lake, or beach area. Life jackets and CPR masks for adults and infants are provided.
✓ The house has safety equipment, including fire detectors, emergency fire blankets, and a LifeVac choking rescue device, located visibly in the kitchen area.
✓ The property has a private lake access point and a nearby beach area, but please supervise children at all times when near the water.

Ashley is a very attentive and caring host. Personable and takes pride in her home. We have rented many times and often have issues with response, misrepresentation, and lack of cleanliness or space. In this case, everything was above and beyond. We would certainly return.

Ashley's place is amazing! Better than the pictures. Not only is the house beautiful with all the amenities listed, it also is full of the things that make your stay there great: games for kids and adults, swimming pool games and inflatables, and so many other things that make you feel right and home and makes all the guests happy and busy. Ashley is very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. 5 stars aren't enough to rate the experience.

Like another reviewer said, the photos of this listing don’t even come close to how jaw dropping this place was in person. The host was so thoughtful and communicative- she really puts so much energy into this place and your overall experience. Truly already planning trips back!

We had a great family reunion at this beautiful, new home! It had pretty much anything and everything you could ask for, and we used the indoor & outdoor games, pool and hot tub every day. The kitchen was a great size and accommodated our family well for big meals. Loved all the extras provided as well. Ashley was responsive when we needed her (couldn’t find some remotes) and was a very proactive and friendly host! We would totally stay here again.
